About the President
Norma Tilton is an Ordained Minister, Marriage Educator and Counselor/Coach. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Norma is Executive Director and Minister of Our Father’s Heart, a para-church organization that offers worship services, Bible studies, relationship skills training, marriage counseling and community outreach.
Norma Tilton was contracted by Cecil County Department of Social Services in early 2005 to work with them to launch a Marriage Works initiative in
Norma is also a successful business owner of Servant Leadership, serving as a Management Consultant, Trainer and Motivational Speaker for over eleven years. She contracts with corporations, government agencies, not-for-profits and faith based organizations. She strives with passion to achieve crucial changes in organizations through principled leadership. She was nominated in 2005 for the Athena Award given to women in leadership who have successfully impacted
