Norma Tilton is an Ordained Minister, Marriage Educator and Counselor/Coach. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Norma is Executive Director and Minister of Our Father’s Heart, Inc., a para-church ministry that holds worship services, home gatherings, relationships skills training and does community outreach.
